The center's mission statement addresses our responsibility to be a leader in a variety of areas one of which is learning and education. This is being addressed in the following manner:

• graduate and undergraduate level courses
• affiliation and leadership with the International Visualization Consortium group
• papers, presentations, and attendance at local, state and national meetings
• demonstrations and tours
• short courses to faculty and staff
